Twinkle Ducky is painted on a 14" Marshmallow plaque.  The kit that contains the surface, star and wood dome button is available from Cupboard Distributing.   This is painted using DecoArt Americana Acrylics and love.  The e pattern comes will complete materials list, beautiful color pictures and full size line drawing.
